PURPOSE: A laser welding device for plastic for the plastic junction is provided so that the uniform pressing force is sanctioned to the junction position of objects and it stables of the objects. The phosphorus junction quality is secured. CONSTITUTION: A laser bonding apparatus(100) for the plastic junction comprises a base frame(10), an X and Y axis guide rails(20, 40), a drive unit(60), a pressing unit(70), and an optic head unit(90). A moving jig(30) supporting the plastic object(1) reciprocates in the X-axis guide rail the X-axis. One or more Y-axis guide rail is installed in the upper of the X-axis guide rail. In the moving block(50) is the Y-axis guide rail, it reciprocates the Y-axis. The drive unit reciprocates the moving block according to the Y-axis guide rail the Y-axis. In the pressing unit is the moving block, it is ascended and descended with the weight the Z-axis. The optic head unit examines laser in the junction position of the objects. |
