COST CALCULATION DEVICE, COST CALCULATION METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cost calculation device allowing reduction of cost even when entrusting operation or repair of a treatment facility to a third party.

SOLUTION: The cost calculation device has: a reduction cost calculation part calculating a difference between life cycle cost stored in a normal life cycle cost storage part and post-change life cycle cost stored in a post-change life cycle cost storage part to calculate reduction cost; and a depreciation period calculation part calculating a period until depreciating change cost by the reduction cost based on the reduction cost calculated by the reduction cost calculation part and the change cost stored in a change cost storage part.
