PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict purchase situation with less computational complexity while responding to temporal changes of purchase data in consideration of purchase time information.

SOLUTION: In an interest prediction device 1, a model inferring part 21 infers a probability model on assumption that a plurality of users are classified into a plurality of classes, and an interest prediction part 22 predicts purchase situation (probability of purchase) based on the probability model to predict the purchase situation with less computational complexity while responding to temporal changes of the input data 43 (the purchase data).
