<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a technique for preventing erroneous determinations in determining a plurality of facial expressions at the same time and ensuring photographing at a favorable moment to take an image. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging device includes an imaging means that captures the image of a subject and generates image data, a face detection means that detects a face region of a person included in the image data generated by the imaging means, and a facial expression determination means that determines a plurality of facial expressions in the face region detected by the face detection means, wherein when the facial expression determination means performs a first facial expression determination and a second facial expression determination and corrects the determination condition of the second facial expression so that the condition becomes more difficult to satisfy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
