PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washer pump and a washer device capable of enhancing layout property while suppressing reduction of a capacity of a washer tank. SOLUTION: A switching valve 52 for switching the first communication state that a first conduit 48 is communicated with a first delivery passage 60 and a second conduit 49 is not communicated with a second delivery passage 61 to the second communication state that the second conduit 49 is communicated with the second delivery passage 61 and the first conduit 48 is not communicated with the first delivery passage 60 is provided in parallel to a connector connection part 51 so as to be directed in a direction perpendicular to an axial direction of an armature shaft 36. The washer pump 30 can be miniaturized by shortening length dimension of a pump body along an axial direction of the armature shaft 36, especially length dimension of a sub-body 50, and the layout property of the washer device can be enhanced while suppressing reduction of the capacity of the washer tank.
