<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device and electronic apparatus having the same, for reliably recognizing pushing-down of an annular operation part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The input device 10 has an operation part 20 having an annular ring part 26a, a plurality of contactors 23 and 24 arranged on the opposite side of the annular ring part 26a of the operation part 20, a circuit part 40 arranged in a C shape so that the plurality of contactors can be pressed and having a resistor 44 applied with voltage, and an electrically continuous member 50 capable of contacting with the resistor, and is provided for recognizing a pressing part in the annular ring part by comparing electric potential generated when the pressed resistor contacts with the electrically continuous member with a threshold.
