<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal metal fitting capable of reducing electric resistance between an electric wire and the terminal metal fitting, and to provide the electric wire with the terminal metal fitting. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A female terminal metal fitting 12 includes a wire barrel 17 crimped winging to a core wire 10, and a connection part 18 extended from the wire barrel 17 and connected to a male terminal metal fitting. The wire barrel 17 has a contact face 22 contacting with the core wire 10, the wire barrel 17 is formed with a through-hole 23 penetrated through the wire barrel 17 by punching work from an opposite side of the contact face 22, and a burr 30 is formed projecting at a hole edge in a contact face 22 side of the through-hole 23.
