SOLUTION: The active sound insulation device includes: a panel for separating a sound source side and a sound receiving side; a sensor for detecting a sound emitted from the sound source; a control means for generating a control signal depending on the sound detected by the sensor; and an actuator for suppressing the sound transmitted through the panel, by shaking a predetermined part of the panel on the basis of the control signal generated from the control means.
