<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein, with a conventional video processor, efficient monitoring cannot be carried out by using recorded video information, location information of a monitoring camera and the like, in order to carry out production and further efficient production of agricultural products in a farm house with few agriculture workers, a plurality of farming plants, or a wide farming plant. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this video information processor, the situation of agricultural products can be provided to a cellular phone by video information by adding a recording medium to a monitoring camera, and outputting an alarm signal from a communication part from the difference of recorded video information; the monitoring camera can be efficiently positioned by using location information added to the recorded video information and attribute information of pan/tilt information in imaging the agricultural products; and an alarm signal can be output by detecting a person by the difference from the recorded video. In addition, a wide farming plant can be monitored by only one monitoring camera when there is no difference in the video information.
