The present invention refers to the construction of dwellings made of ecological concrete, volatile ashes, having high resistance against compression of from about 300 kg/cm2 to about 450 kg/cm2, being prefabricated and prestressed with prestressed steel wire of from about 3 mm to about 7mm of thickness, the concrete being prestressed in two directions, longitudinal and transversal; the walls and slabs are connected therebetween by mechanical connection boxes and high resistance screws, allowing a dwelling to be created wherein the whole elements thereof form a single structural body, thereby avoiding cracking, the dwelling may be manufactured in series since the manufacture of the walls and slabs are made at the plant and then transported to the place where a dwelling is required, the invention allowing a quick dwelling manufacture to be performed.
