PURPOSE: A flexible linear member with electrical conductivity is provided to reduce the manufacturing costs of the member and to improve productivity by rapidly and simply manufacturing the flexible linear member in a band shape or a circular rod shape. CONSTITUTION: A flexible linear member(200) with electric conductivity includes the following: a plurality of elastic yarns(110) formed with an elastic material; a plurality of conductive yarns(120) on which insulating coating layers are formed and entangled on the outer circumference of the elastic yarns; insulating yarns to separate the conductive layers from the outer circumference of the elastic yarns. The insulating yarn has fiber yarns with different diameters.
