PURPOSE: An underwater motor pump is provide to cool a motor unit by flowing external air into a cover through first and second slits of the cover. CONSTITUTION: An underwater motor pump comprises a casing(10), a motor unit(30), an upper bearing(50), a lower bearing(70), sealing members(90), an impeller(100), a cover(130), and a cooling fan(150). The casing has a water inlet(101) and a water outlet(103). The motor unit comprises a housing(301), stators(305), and a rotor(307). The motor unit is accepted into the casing. The upper and lower bearings are coupled to the top and bottom of a drive shaft of the motor unit. The sealing members are installed in the top end and the bottom end of the housing of the motor. The impeller is coupled to the bottom of the driving shaft of the motor unit, and accepted into the casing. First slits and second slits are formed in the cover at equal intervals. The cooling fan is coupled to the top of the driving shaft of the motor unit to be located inside the cover.
