摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant restraint system for a vehicle capable of securing occupant restraining performance required in a collision while reducing incongruity and oppressive feeling in normal attaching of a webbing. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicular seat belt device 10 includes a pair of right and left shoulder webbings 12A restraining an upper body of an occupant, a pair of right and left shoulder webbing guides 20 protruded toward the seat front from an upper end of a seat back 16 and having webbing guide parts 20A wound by upper ends of the shoulder webbings 12A respectively, and a guide drive mechanism 40 that can change the distance between the webbing guide parts 20A in the seat width direction.
