<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally manage a variety of items of information about materials of a variety of components; and to check information about the materials of the components from the outside for a short time period. <P>SOLUTION: Component material information 13 is preliminarily stored in a component material information storage unit 3 for each component 8 and for each retrieval number. When the components 8 are delivered, the component material information 13 of the delivered components 8 is read out from the storage unit 3 to display the material information 13, constitution materials of the delivered components 8 are checked on the basis of the displayed component material information 13 and description content of the delivered components 8 and a material inspection certification 12. After checking the constitution materials, information of material confirmation inspection results of the delivered components 8 is registered by associating the information with the corresponding components 8 and retrieval numbers to make the information be information about materials of the delivered components 8. The information about the materials of the components 8 stored in the storage unit 3 is converted into desired information (e.g., bar codes 6) to output it, and the information about the materials of the delivered components 8 can be recognized from the outside by attaching the desired information to the delivered components 8 and by reading to display the bar codes 6 later. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
