<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric brake device easily releasing operation of a parking brake even in stop of current supply of an actuator to a coil. <P>SOLUTION: A bolt 303 for waterproof and a packing 302 are removed from a calliper side guide hole 301, a tool 322 is inserted into a guide hole 305, a tip side abuts on a tooth surface 264a to be further inserted. According to this, ratchet wheel 260 is rotated in a braking direction. By the rotation of the ratchet wheel 260 in the braking direction, a pressing force acting on an engagement claw 261 is released, and an oscillation arm 262 is oscillated by an urging force of a torsion spring 272 to release a parking brake and move a vehicle temporarily. Since the parking brake is manually released with the tool 322 by inserting the tool 322 from the guide hole 305, a driver can quickly and easily release the parking brake without complicated work. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
