<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote injection of electric charges in a low electric field, with a configuration of electrode material/liquid crystalline organic semiconductor (liquid crystal material)/electrode material. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid crystalline organic semiconductor element includes two flat electrodes 1 and 3, and a ferroelectric liquid crystal material 2 where a liquid crystalline organic semiconductor is imparted with ferroelectric property. The flat electrodes sandwich the ferroelectric liquid crystal material.
