PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a foamed rubber member excellent in abrasion resistance and contamination resistance. SOLUTION: The foamed member is obtained by controlling the amount of treatment liquid impregnated in the foamed elastic body after molding the foamed elastic body by foaming the rubber substrate, and the treatment liquid containing an isocyanate compound and an organic solvent is impregnated in the foamed elastic body, so that at least the isocyanate compound is cured to obtain the foamed rubber member.
