PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preventive and/or a therapeutic medicine to accomplish enhancement of cattle production such as modifications of reproductive power and behavioral pattern, growth stimulation, decrease in feed conversion efficiency or control of a characteristic unfavorable sensory irritancy or disorders of reproductive organs. SOLUTION: The composition contains a hypothalamic luteinizing hormone releasing hormone (LHRH)-diphtheria-toxoid conjugate adsorbed in an ionic polysaccharide such as DEAE-dextran, wherein the LHRH includes at least a five amino acids LHRH C-terminal fragment.
