<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grounding structure of a portable apparatus capable of stably securing the ground, and remarkably reducing generation of noise. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The grounding structure of a portable apparatus 1 used by being connected to an on-board device 2 is provided with: an ground part 5 formed of a metal, communicating with a vehicular ground, or set at the same potential as that of the ground; and, when a housing 1c of the portable apparatus 1 is made of a metal, the housing 1c and the ground part 5 are brought into direct or indirect contact with each other.
