<p>The device (10) has a measuring shaft (32) that is rotatably supported in a housing (14), and two cutting modules (60) that are detachably fastened at the shaft. A fixed measuring strip (80) co-operates with the cutting modules. The cutting modules are individually attached and detachably fastened to the measuring shaft such that the measuring shaft is provided with two cutting modules in a rotation direction (50).
