PURPOSE: An automobile ABS wheel sensor and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to obtain a superior precision and durability by performing a cold extrusion process with a metal pipe. CONSTITUTION: Protrusions and grooves are repeatedly formed on the peripheral surface of a metal pipe(10). A die(2) for manufacturing an ABS wheel sensor forms protrusions and grooves which corresponds to the protrusions and the grooves of the metal pipe. An inner die(20) which inserts the metal pipe into the die forms a holding step(21) in order to hold the step of the metal pipe. |
