PURPOSE: A blade unit and a blade apparatus with the same are provided to transform a relatively large amount of torque of an external engine into the driving force. CONSTITUTION: A blade unit comprises a blade coupler(110), an outer blade and an inner blade. The blade coupler is hollow to let a fluid flow along the inner and outer side thereof. The outer blade is formed outside of the blade coupler and operated with respect to the fluid flowing along the blade coupler outside. The inner blade is formed inside of the blade coupler and operated with respect to the fluid flowing along the blade coupler inside. |
