PURPOSE: A delay device of a semiconductor IC is provided to improve operation reliability by uniformly maintaining a delay time against a PVT(Process/Voltage/Temperature) change. CONSTITUTION: A delay unit(100) maintains uniform delay time regardless of a PVT change by varying a resistance value according to the control code. The delay unit comprises a plurality of switching elements(M0~MN) and a plurality of resistor units(R0~RN). The switching elements are connected in parallel with an input terminal. The switching elements are operated according to the control code. The resistor elements are connected between the switching elements and an output terminal.
