PURPOSE: A rearward sensor system for a bicycle is provided to warn a passenger on a bicycle by sounding an alarm when a following bicycle or an inline skater approaches, and to prevent safety accidents. CONSTITUTION: A rearward sensor system for a bicycle comprises the following: object sensing sensors(100) installed in the rear side of a bicycle frame; a control unit connecting the object sensing sensors to an input unit; light irradiating diodes(108) and an amplifier(110) installed in the upper side of a handlebar while being connected to an output unit of the control unit; and a speaker(111). The object sensing sensors are separately installed in the left, the right, and the center of the rear side of the bicycle frame. The light irradiating diodes are separately installed in the left, the right, and the center of the rear side of the handlebar.
