PURPOSE: A system and a method for realizing a talking object when a user mobile terminal sends the photographed image to a sound providing server through a communication network are provided to supply sound information generated from objects through a sound providing server, thereby providing sound information at low costs. CONSTITUTION: A camera photographs an object. Communication units(24,25) communicate with a sound providing device. A sound processor(27) outputs sound information. The first controller(21) receives an image of the photographed object. The first controller transmits an image of the received object to the sound providing device. The first controller receives sound information according to an image of the object and outputs the sound information.
