PURPOSE: A tunable wavelength filter is provided to simultaneously manufacture several filters using an optically transparent polymer material of which refractive index is changed based on a temperature change. CONSTITUTION: A diffraction lattice pattern(111) is formed in a first polymer layer(130). A semi-transparent metal thin film(115) and a second polymer layer(135) are coated on the first polymer layer. The reflectivity of the semi-transparent metal thin film is varied. The reflectivity of the first polymer layer and the second polymer layer is same or different. The temperatures of the polymer layers are varied. Based on the temperature variation, wavelength is adjusted.
