PURPOSE: A horizontal leveling device is provided to easily and precisely move a laser beam at a desired height by arranging first and second laser leveling machines in the top and the bottom of a support. CONSTITUTION: A horizontal leveling device comprises a first laser leveling machine(40) and a support(5). The first laser leveling machine comprises a housing(42) and a light diffusing unit. A transparent window(43) is formed in the bottom of the housing. The light diffusing unit is located inside the housing to diffuse a laser beam through the transparent window. The support has a supporting part(10), a tripod(20), a supporting frame(30), an angle controller(25), and a first placing part(32). The tripod is coupled to the bottom of the supporting part. The supporting frame is vertically inserted into the supporting part. The angle controller controls the tripod. The first placing part is located in the bottom end of the supporting frame. The top end of the housing is placed in the first placing part.
