PURPOSE: An automatic processing device for excrement is provided to prevent a user skin from inhaling and contacting with the structure by preventing vacuum state in the inner part of a sanitary belt, to automatically sense the excrement using an excrement sensor. CONSTITUTION: An automatic processing device for excrement comprises: a space part in which the excrement is put; an excrement sensor which is included in the floor side of the space part; a sensor part controlling the excrement sensor; a sanitary belt(100) which a patient wears; a collector which accumulates the excrement of patient; a main body member which is equipped with a water tank supplying the water to the sanitary belt; and a connection hose part which interlinks the main body member and the sanitary belt. The excrement sensor includes a plurality of photo diodes.
