PURPOSE: A pattern construction method of a wall, and an adhesive for pattern construction are provided to express minute and fine desired pattern on a wall. CONSTITUTION: Contaminant is removed from a wall(S1). A primer in which admixture is diluted is spread on the wall(S2). Solution in which admixture and powder are diluted is spread on the surface of a primer layer in order to form a base layer(S3). A pattern sheet is attached to the surface of the base layer and dye is spread on in order to form a background pattern(S4). A basic draft is drawn on the background pattern using adhesive in which the powder, mixture, elasticity liquid, and pigment are diluted(S5). An desired image is expressed on the surface of a first draft using coloring agents(S6). The entire wall surface is coated with a finishing coating material(S7).
