PURPOSE: A handle formation system for cookers and an operation method thereof are provided to improve durability, and to move a saw blade in a deformed shape when a handle is deformed. CONSTITUTION: An operation method of a handle formation system comprises the following steps: fixing an enhancing plate installed in between a left fixing unit and a right fixing unit(S1); operating a first switch to supply an electric power inside a collecting unit included in the right fixing unit(S2); operating a first pneumatic cylinder operating a second switch while rotating a handle(S3); operating the second switch performing a desired molding(S4); operating a second and a third pneumatic cylinder operating a third switch(S5); operating the third switch returning the first pneumatic cylinder to the original position(S6); and drawing out a handle inserted in the collecting unit(S7).
