SEMICONDUCTOR INTEGRATED CIRCUIT, LIGHT-EMITTING DISPLAY PANEL MODULE, ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND POWER WIRE DRIVING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which fluctuation of animation characteristic or flicker characteristic by variable control of peak luminance level causes deterioration of visibility.

SOLUTION: A power wire driving circuit for driving a power wire connected to each pixel arranged in a matrix manner on a light-emitting display panel includes the following functions. Namely, the circuit includes the function of sequentially supplying a first driving power of a fixed voltage value and a second driving power of a variable voltage value to the power wire connected to each pixel matrix-arranged on the light-emitting display panel in a light-emitting period of a light-emitting element, and the function of supplying a third driving power for controlling the light-emitting element in a non-light emitting state to the power wire in a non-light emitting period of the light-emitting element. The ratio of the output period length of the first driving power to the output period length of the second driving power in the light emitting period with both end positions being fixed, and the voltage value of the second driving power are set so that the peak luminance level to be variably set is ensured.
