<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control circuit which detects a zero-cross timing even at startup or at slow rotation, and performs control in synchronization with a rotational phase of a rotor, to prevent or reduce noise, step-out of rotation, and stop. <P>SOLUTION: The motor control circuit includes a control circuit 2 for controlling the rotation of a motor, and a motor phase coil bias circuit 6 which supplies a predetermined reference voltage to multi-phase coils 5u, 5v, and 5w. The control circuit 2 controls motor rotation based on a voltage zero-cross timing of a back electromotive force detected from the coil biased to the reference voltage, during inertial rotation state where a motor 5 is not drive. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
