<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative coated panel having heat insulating properties and sound insulating properties, and having a high strength and productivity, and economic efficiencies. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the decorative coated panel, a fabric layer 2 selected from among a woven fabric in which a material is a natural fiber, a glass fiber or a synthetic fiber, a nonwoven fabric, or paper is formed at least on one side of an olefinic resin foamed board 1 (for example, polypropylene foamed board) in which a spindle-shaped foaming layer elongated in a thickness direction is formed, and a decorative coating layer 3 is formed through the fabric layer 2, for example, by an aqueous acrylic resin coating.
