PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake fluid pressure control device capable of securing pre-load with stable pressure regulating accuracy and capable of reducing the cost with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A variable capacity chamber is arranged in a flow passage from a regulator RE to a wheel cylinder H through a variable displacement control valve 37 and capable of storing working fluid by changing the capacity when the working fluid flows in from the flow passage through the variable displacement control valve 37. The variable capacity chamber is configured so that the working fluid flows in by activating a pump P for a predetermined time under a state the regulator RE is closed and a suction valve 7 and the variable displacement control valve 37 are opened, and regulates the working fluid pressure in an output hydraulic pressure passage by allowing flowing in of the pressurized working fluid.
