<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device which simply transmits and receives e-mail in a same sense as a postal matter such as a postcard and a letter. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The communication terminal device 1 includes: a receiving means 30 which receives the e-mail; a reception mail print data creation means 33 which creates reception mail print data by arranging a sending source address of a received e-mail to an address area, and text data and an attached image to a message area respectively; a print means 21 which performs printout of the reception mail paper by the reception mail print data; a reading means 20 which reads a transmission form which is nearly the same as the reception mail paper; and an address determination means 36 which determines a mail address from an address displayed in the address area of the form for transmission read by the reading means 20; a transmission e-mail creation means 39 to create a transmission e-mail with a transmission destination of the determined mail address by attaching an image in the message area of the form for transmission; and a transmission means 40 for transmitting the transmission e-mail.
