<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cupboard allowing anyone to recognize the storage position of dishes. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cupboard 1 with storage position indicating illumination has storage means for storing the regular storage position of dishes, and control means for controlling lighting of the illumination according to the use condition of the dishes. When excessive dishes 3 is stored in a shelf board 2 for storing the dishes 3, or when necessary dishes 3 is not stored in the shelf board 2, the state of excess or shortage of the dishes 3 is announced by lighting the illumination 4 in each dishes storage section unit 2a by the storage means 8 operatively connected with the control means 7.
