<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the accurate control of the concentration of an antiseptic solution by allowing a washing executing person to measure the concentration of the antiseptic solution in proper timing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An advice portion 157 urges the washing executing person to input a concentration measuring result using a display panel 30, a speaker 151 or the like after the washing and disinfecting treatment of an endoscope in a washing tank is completed and the antiseptic solution is recovered in an antiseptic solution tank from the washing tank. When the concentration of the antiseptic solution is measured by the washing executing person and the concentration measuring result is inputted from a measuring result input button 161, an output control portion 160 outputs washing data containing the concentration measuring result to respective output destinations. A washing control portion 155 releases the lock mechanism 23 of the top cover of the washing tank when the concentration measuring result is "proper". When the concentration measuring result is "abnormal", the lock state of the lock mechanism 23 is continued until the endoscope is again disinfected by the new antiseptic solution.
