<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an extrusion-molded body having high mechanical strength. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the method, the extrusion-molded body is manufactured by extruding a molding material containing raw powder, reinforcing fiber, and a solvent for solving a binder component from an extrusion hole 3 of a die 1. The molding material is extruded while agitating the molding material in an extrusion hole 3 and in the vicinity of the extrusion hole 3, and the temperature of the molding material is maintained at 30°C or more when agitating and extruding the molding material. The raw powder is preferable heteropoly acid which contains phosphorous and molybdenum, and contains at least one element selected from vanadium, kalium, rubidium, cesium, and thallium, and at least one element selected from copper, arsenic, antimony, boron, silver, bismuth, iron, cobalt, lanthanum, and cerium.
