<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of a conventional toilet paper holder that is a device in a flush toilet in a building or a vehicle, wherein the toilet paper can not be swiftly taken out, or wherein the toilet paper can not be efficiently cut because both hands are necessary for cutting the drawn-out toilet paper. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When the toilet paper is cut, the front end of the remaining paper is hung down so that the toilet paper can be easily held for the next use.
