PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunological analysis method capable of suppressing a nonspecific reaction without requiring complex pretreatment operation. SOLUTION: In the immunological analysis method, a specimen analysis tool is used where the tool has a detection section and includes a porous body in which an immobilization antibody has been immobilized to the detection section. An antigen to be analyzed in the sample and a labeling antibody to the antigen are introduced to the detection section, so that the labeling antibody and the immobilization antibody form a compound via the antigen, thus detecting the label of the labeling antibody in the compound. In the immunological analysis method, the sample is allowed to contact withγ-globulin before introducing the sample to the detection section. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
