<p>A plurality of thin parts (9a) of a thermally fused layer (7) are formed in portions of a sealing part (8) where the interval between gas barrier layers (6) of one and another outer covering part (4) changes continuously. A thick part (9b) of the thermally fused layer (7) is formed on the inner peripheral side of the innermost peripheral thin part (9a) and the outer peripheral side of the outermost peripheral thin part (9a) between adjacent thin parts (9a). Superior heat insulation performance is present for a long time period because the opposing thermally fused layers (7) between two adjacent thin parts (9a) are completely fused thermally.</p>
