Disclosed is a transmission method for transmission control protocol (TCP) data packets, which includes: receiving an acknowledgement packet ACK which is sent by a receiving end; increasing the receive window of the received ACK packet; sending the ACK packet of which the receive window is increased to the sending end; receiving the data packets which are sent according to said ACK packet of which the receive window is increased by the sending end; sending the data packets to the receiving end with a window which is larger than or equal to the receive window of the original ACK packet. A transmission device for TCP data packets and a communication equipment for protecting the transmission device are also provided.
