PURPOSE: A digital signage player embedded network storage server is provided to reduce costs for purchase of OS, and installation, maintenance by storing advertisement and information content and transmitting them to DSP through a network. CONSTITUTION: A microprocessor(1) comprises a processor, an embedded Linux system, a root file system, a flash memory, and a main memory. A wired/wireless interface is connected to two LANs(3), DSP, and WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network)(4)'. One LAN is connected to the DSPs and for a management PC. A storage device interface is comprised of a hard disk interface(6) connected to a hard disk and an USB interface(5). The hard disk stores media contents to be outputted to DSP and output schedule information.
