COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, MOBILE STATION DEVICE ,AND COMMUNICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system suppressing the power consumption of a mobile station device by reducing the number of times of transmitting a signal from the mobile station device to a base station device, and to provide the mobile station device and a communication method.

SOLUTION: The mobile station device for communicating with the base station device includes: a first signal transmitting part using a first frequency band to transmit a first signal to the base station device; a response signal receiving part for receiving a response signal transmitted by the base station device in response to the first signal transmitted by the first signal transmitting part; a frequency band selecting part for selecting a second frequency band on the basis of a receiving state of the response signal receiving part; and a second signal transmitting part using the second frequency band selected by the frequency band selecting part to transmit a second signal to the base station device.
