<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device reducing torque of a rotating shaft without damaging sealing performance. <P>SOLUTION: The sealing device is provided with a first sealing member 11 fitted between the rotating shaft S and a housing H and having a first sealing lip 12 arranged on the sealing side OS and with a second sealing member 21 having a second sealing lip 22 arranged on the atmosphere side AS from the first sealing lip 12. A plurality of screws 18 connected to a lip tip 17 are provided on the sealing face 16b of the first sealing lip 12, and the lip tip 17 of the first sealing lip 12 is brought into contact with the surface of the rotating shaft S along the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft S at plurality of portions.
