<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that controllability of a motor generator is deteriorated in a high torque region in field-weakening control. <P>SOLUTION: A field-weakening control section 200 has a q-axis current operation section 210 and a d-axis current operation section 220. The q-axis current operation section 210 sets a command current iqr as an operation quantity for feedback-controlling an estimated torque Te to a request torque Tr, and sets a command voltage vdr as an operation quantity for feedback-controlling an actual current iq to a command current iqr. On the contrary, the d-axis current operation section 220 sets a command current idr as an operation quantity for feedback-controlling the estimated torque Te to the request torque Tr, and sets a command voltage vdr as an operation quantity for feedback-controlling the actual current id to the command current idr.
