PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motorcycle allowing lowering of a center of gravity of the whole of the vehicle, while securing stroke of a rear arm. SOLUTION: This motorcycle 1 includes a vehicle body frame 2, an engine 3 mounted on the vehicle body frame 2, a fuel tank 6 mounted on the vehicle body frame 2 to be located on an upper side of the engine 3, a rear arm 5 pivotally supported by the vehicle body frame 2, and a buffer 12a disposed between the rear arm 5 and the vehicle body frame 2. The buffer 12a is arranged on a rear side of a crankcase 3a of the engine 3, and an uppermost part of a mounting part 12e on the vehicle body frame 2 provided in the buffer 12a and a lowermost part of the fuel tank 6 are located on a lower side of an uppermost part of the crankcase 3a.
