PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall panel for a curtain wall and a curtain-wall structure, wherein a spray nozzle for a building can be readily mounted, as well as, the building as a whole can be cooled effectively by spraying through the nozzle from outside. SOLUTION: The wall panel 11 for the curtain wall includes an outer circumferential frame 12, a spandrel panel 13 supported within the frame 12 and a panel body, such as a plate glass 14. A plurality of the spray nozzles 18 are arranged in the frame 12, with an ejecting nozzle 18a of its tip end facing the outer-face side of the wall panel 11, while a connection part 18b of the base-end faces the rear-surface side of the wall panel 11.
