PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sprinkler which can spray an almost equal amount of water within the range requiring water spray, without switching the rotary direction of a nozzle, and minimize the reactive water spray amount. SOLUTION: The sprinkler includes a hollow fixed shaft 1 with a water outlet 7 formed in a peripheral wall near the upper end, a rotatable nozzle unit 3 which is pivoted at the hollow fixed shaft 1, and a blade unit 5 fitted above the nozzle unit 3. The nozzle unit 3 has a sleeve 9, three water conduits 11 which protrude radially from the sleeve 9, and a nozzle 13 fitted to the tip of each water conduit 11. The blade unit 5 has three blades 23, each being actuated to beat a part of the water conduit 11 and thereby, rotate the nozzle unit 3. The water outlet 7 of the hollow fixed shaft 1 opens in the direction requiring water spray, and of the three water conduits 11, one or two communicate with the water outlet 7, in whichever position of the peripheral direction the nozzle unit 3 may be located.
