PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a state estimation device, a suspension control device, and a suspension system for accurately estimating a kinetic state of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A first observer gain of an actual damping force estimation observer 21 calculates a dynamic characteristic compensation signal from an output deviation corresponding to the difference between a sprung speed (observation output) from the vehicle 2 and an estimated sprung speed (estimated observation output) from a vehicle approximate model of an actual vehicle model state amount estimation observer 23. A second observer gain of the actual vehicle model state amount estimation observer 23 calculates a vehicle model compensation signal. The dynamic characteristic compensation signal is input to a dynamic characteristic imparting means of the actual vehicle model state amount estimation observer 23, and used for adjusting a set content of the dynamic characteristic imparting means. Hence, the time delay occurrence in controlling is suppressed, and vibration is suppressed with high accuracy. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
